3. User Accounts and Registration

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

devresumes.com offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Includes 3 resumes, 2 AI optimized resumes, 1 tailored resume, and PDF & DOCX export
• Pro Plan: Includes unlimited resumes, unlimited AI optimized resumes, GitHub integration, unlimited tailored resumes, and PDF & DOCX export

For paid subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the resumes, content, and data you create using our Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service
• Use your User Content to improve our AI models and Service quality (anonymized and aggregated)
• Generate derivative works (such as PDFs) from your User Content

Our Content: The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, templates, and other content, is owned by Sunshine Tech Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, except as permitted by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
• AI scores and recommendations are estimates and should not be considered professional career advice
• We do not guarantee that AI-optimized resumes will result in job offers or interviews
• AI features may be subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan

No Guarantee of Job Placement or Interview Success: devresumes.com provides tools and services to help you create and optimize your resume. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job placement, job offers, increased interviews, or any specific employment outcomes. Job search success depends on numerous factors beyond resume quality, including but not limited to: job market conditions, your qualifications and experience, interview performance, employer preferences, competition for positions, and other factors outside of our control. We make no representations or warranties regarding your ability to obtain employment or interviews as a result of using our Service.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party services, including:

• GitHub (for project import)
• Stripe (for payment processing)
• OpenAI (for AI features)
• OAuth providers (Google, GitHub for authentication)

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, devresumes.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Costs of substitute services
